Built for Serious Prep. Beautiful Enough to Serve.
A solid 2 cm acacia butcher block made for chopping, carving and BBQ.
Thin cutting boards flex, slide and feel flimsy the moment the work gets real.
The Elite Chefs™ Acacia Butcher Block is 2 cm of solid acacia hardwood — a surface that stays put under a chef's knife, whether you're dicing onions or carving a brisket.
The integrated grip handle moves it from counter to BBQ table in one hand. And when the cooking is done, the grain is good enough to carry straight to the table.
One board. Prep, carve, serve.
Made for Serious Kitchen Work
A stable surface under the knife
At 2 cm thick, this board has the mass to stay still while you work. No flex, no skating across the worktop, no hand bracing it every time you chop.
Use it for:
- Chopping vegetables
- Breaking down poultry
- Portioning brisket
- Carving roasts
- Slicing steak
- BBQ prep
- Bread and everyday prep
Less flex. More confidence with every cut.
Solid Acacia Hardwood
This isn't a lightweight plastic board. It's solid acacia — a dense hardwood with a deep, distinctive grain and real weight in the hand.
Acacia is also kind to steel. Glass and stone boards blunt a knife in a handful of passes; wood gives under the edge instead of fighting it, so your knives hold their edge far longer.
Your Board Decides How Long Your Knives Stay Sharp
A good knife on a hard board is a short-lived good knife. Every cut onto glass, granite or ceramic rolls the edge over.
Pair this block with your Elite Chefs™ knives and both last longer.
Built-In Grip Handle
The handle is cut into the board itself, so you can carry it loaded — counter to grill to table — without gripping the cutting surface.
From Cutting Board to Serving Board
This is where the board earns its keep. Finish prepping and the board becomes the platter: sliced brisket, steaks, roasts, charcuterie, cheese, bread, appetisers.
Prep on it. Carve on it. Serve on it.
Made for BBQ
If brisket, ribs and smoked meats are part of your weekend, this board belongs in the setup — resting and slicing brisket, carving smoked meats, portioning steaks and serving the result.
Keeping It Right
After use
Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap.
Keep it dry
Dry thoroughly. Never leave it sitting in water.
Oil it
Every few weeks, rub in Elite Chefs™ Food Grade Mineral Oil. It keeps the grain rich and stops the wood drying out and splitting.
Never the dishwasher
Heat and prolonged moisture warp, split and crack natural wood. One cycle can ruin a good board.

Frequently asked questions
Is it good for brisket?
Yes — it's one of the jobs it was built for. Solid acacia at 2 cm gives you a surface that holds a resting brisket and stays steady while you slice it.
Will it damage my knives?
The opposite. Wood is one of the two surfaces that preserve an edge — the other is end-grain. Glass, stone and ceramic boards are what blunt knives.
Can I use it for raw meat?
Yes. Wash and dry it thoroughly afterwards. Many cooks keep one board for raw meat and another for ready-to-eat food.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash only. Dishwasher heat and moisture will warp or crack it.
How do I maintain it?
Hand wash, dry thoroughly, and oil it with food-grade mineral oil whenever the wood starts looking dry or pale.
Can I use it as a serving board?
That's half the point of it. The grain carries sliced meats, cheese, bread and charcuterie straight to the table.
Does it come with a guarantee?
Covered by our 30-day return policy. If it arrives damaged or isn't right for you, contact us at support@elitechefs.store and we'll make it right.
